At Norrovi, we strive for your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the process for returning items and obtaining refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items cannot be returned:

    • Sale or clearance items
    • Gift cards

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
    3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s) for return, including a copy of your original order confirmation and the RA number.
    4. Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-10 business days.
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

5.Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated period:

6. Exchanges
